About FWP > State Parks and Recreation Board State Parks and Recreation Board Special Meeting: June 5, 2024

When: Wednesday, June 5 at 10 a.m. Rescheduled for June 11 at 9 a.m.

The State Information Technology Services Division (SITSD) experienced a Zoom outage on June 5 so the meeting had to be postponed.

Where: Virtually via Zoom

Agenda: This special meeting of the State Parks & Recreation Board will be for the purpose of, again, asking for and considering public comment on this request to formally initiate the MAPA rulemaking process at its June 11, 2024, meeting. If the board decides to authorize the formal initiation of rulemaking at that time, the department will file the attached Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment and Proposed Rules with the secretary of state, and that will initiate a separate public hearing process where additional public comment will be heard. The MAPA rule notice will be published by the secretary of state and on the FWP website and will contain specific information on the timing and structure of that public hearing process.

Correction to Existing ARM and new Commercial Use ARM

Public comment

Written comment on the existing ARM correction and the new Commercial Use ARM was collected through June 10 at 11:59 p.m.
