FWP’s ombudsman program is designed to facilitate public engagement and ensure that the public knows we are listening. The ombudsman serves as a liaison between FWP and the public when there is a specific complaint or concern.

Once a comment is submitted the ombudsman will review and respond to your complaints or issues and will get back with you within two business days. It may take longer than two days to find a resolution, but Deb will let you know that we received your message and will be following up.
