When: Friday, December 15 at 4 p.m.
This special meeting of the Fish and Wildlife Commission is to conduct the review of the wolf harvest quota in WMU 313 required by regulation. This review is prompted by the current harvest (5) being within twenty-five percent of the total quota (6). This is a review and as such may not involve action by the Commission.
If no action is taken during this review, there will be no public comment during the meeting. If there is an action taken, beyond just the review, public comment will be taken. Time allowed for public comment will be limited at the discretion of the Chair.
Deadline to register to comment was 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 15.
NOTE:
The commission may take action on all matters specifically noticed on any agenda. In doing so, the commission may accept, reject, or modify any actions recommended or proposed by the department on any action item. Individual commissioners are not required to propose any requested modifications or changes to a department recommendation prior to a meeting and may do so by requesting one or more amendments to the department’s recommended motion language at the time of the meeting. Commissioners may, however, submit a written proposal to the department for a modification to a department recommendation prior to a meeting. In those instances, the department will post the proposed change and the department’s response (if any) to the meeting agenda website for public review and comment. Time for comment may be limited at the Chair's discretion.
The department ensures its meetings are fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accomodations are needed, please contact:
