Public Comment Opportunity

Agenda items and supporting documentation for April 17 were posted in February.  Public comments were accepted on the following proposals through March 26, 2025 with final action to be taken at the April 17 meeting.  Public comments received during the comment period are posted "as-is" after the comment period closes.

Public comment is always welcome during the Zoom meeting.  Registration to provide public comment via Zoom opened on April 2 and closed at noon on April 16

Deadline has passed: To comment via Zoom you must have registered by noon on April 16

Login information will be emailed to those who registered before the registration period closed.  The link will arrive via email after 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the meeting.

The commission may take action on all matters specifically noticed on any agenda. In doing so, the commission may accept, reject, or modify any actions recommended or proposed by the department on any action item. Individual commissioners are not required to propose any requested modifications or changes to a department recommendation prior to a meeting and may do so by requesting one or more amendments to the department’s recommended motion language at the time of the meeting. Commissioners may, however, submit a written proposal to the department for a modification to a department recommendation prior to a meeting. In those instances, the department will post the proposed change and the department’s response (if any) to the meeting agenda website for public review and comment.  Time for comment may be limited at the Chair's discretion.
