The Hunter/Bowhunter Education Advisory Committee was formed to develop recommendations for FWP on improvements to these two important courses. The recommendations will specifically look at course improvements, strategies for recruiting new volunteer instructors, and developing a field day for online students. Additionally, the group will provide insight on improving content related to hunter ethics and landowner relationships.
The group will meet at least twice in the spring and early summer of 2023. A third meeting maybe necessary to complete its work.
