As a result of Senate Bill 441, landowners now have the option to opt-in to the Block Management Enforcement Network. Hunters accessing lands enrolled in the enforcement network must follow all rules governing access to the block management property. Any conviction based on a violation of those rules will result in the following:
For a first conviction, the individual must be prohibited from accessing all lands participating in the Montana block management enforcement network for the remainder of the current license year;
For a second conviction, the individual must be prohibited from accessing all lands participating in the Montana block management enforcement network for up to three consecutive license years; and
For a third conviction, the individual must be prohibited from accessing all lands participating in the Montana block management enforcement network for life. A list of landowners participating in the network can be found below.
