House Bill 593: Nonresident License Sales Report
House Bill 593, passed into law by the 2023 legislature, amended MCA 87-1-201 to require that FWP publish an annual report of nonresident license sales from the previous license year. The report contains data from the previous five license years.
ALS 10-Year License Sales Report
The 10-year sales report is a summary of both resident and nonresident licenses issued in each of the previous ten license years. It includes most, but not all, item types issued through the Automated Licensing System. This report focuses on issued licenses only and does not capture application data.
ALS 9-Year Application Comparison Report
The 9-year application comparison report focuses on the number of resident and nonresident applications received for drawings from the previous nine license years. It includes most, but not all, application types within the Automated Licensing System. This report does not capture the number of licenses issued.
