Hunting for female mountain lions to close in hunting districts 290, 291, 292 and 298 West

HELENA – The hunting of female mountain lions in hunting districts 290, 291, 292 and 298 West will close at one-half hour after sunset Tuesday, Feb. 8. 

The order halting the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the combined districts had been met.
