Otter trapping closes in trapping district 1 Dec. 31

HELENA – The trapping of otters in trapping district 1 closes at midnight on Friday Dec. 31.  

The orders halting the season came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota had been met.
