Hunting for female mountain lions to close in hunting districts 390 and 391

HELENA – The hunting of female mountain lions in hunting districts 390 and 391 in southwest Montana will close at one-half hour after sunset on Friday, Dec. 24.  

The order halting the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the combined districts had been met.
