Hunting for female mountain lions to close in HD 520

HELENA – The hunting of female male mountain lions in hunting district 520 will close at one-half hour after sunset on Monday, Dec. 20. 

The order halting the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the combined districts had been met.
