Intake Fishing Access Site Management Agreement Decision Notice

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is proposing to renew a Management Agreement with the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation. The agreement is for the management and operations of Intake Fishing Access Site (FAS) located 16 miles north of Glendive on Highway 16. A draft checklist Environmental Assessment was recently made available for public comment, and a Decision Notice has now been issued. The checklist Environmental Assessment will now be considered Final.
