Draft Environmental Assessment Carpenter Creek Westslope Cutthroat Trout Conservation

The enclosed draft Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared for public review regarding a proposal to construct a concrete fish barrier in Carpenter Creek near Neihart, MT. Construction of a concrete fish barrier in Carpenter Creek would protect a nonhybridized westslope cutthroat trout population from competition and hybridization by preventing the upstream movement of nonnative trout.
