Stuart Mill Bay Proposed Land Sale Decision Notice

FWP has issued a Decision Notice for the Stuart Mill Bay proposed land sale of .09 acres to a neighboring landowner.  The Environmental Assessment (EA) on the proposal was out for review and public comment in Aug/Sep 2021.

Based on public comment and continued discussion among agency staff, FWP has decided to grant an easement to the landowner, Bowman Neeley, in exchange for a payment of reasonable market value (estimated to be $395) in lieu of the originally proposed fee title purchase.
