Westslope Fishing Access Site Development Decision Notice

FWP has issued a decision notice (DN) for its proposal to develop approximately 1.5 acres of private land (encumbered by an FWP Conservation Easement) along upper Rock Creek for the purpose of providing safe, legal public access to Rock Creek, which would include improvements associated with a fully-developed Fishing Access Site (FAS).  The Westslope FAS is approximately 14 miles west of Philipsburg in Granite County.  Upon completion of the public involvement process and by including the DN, FWP accepts the draft EA as final.  FWP selects the proposed action (Alternative B) to proceed with the project.
