Notice of Repeal of ARM 12.9.102 Pertaining to Black Bears

On April 16, 2021, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (commission) published MAR Notice No. 12-541 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rule at page 389 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 7. The commission has repealed the above-stated rule as proposed.
