Notice of Amendment of ARM 12.11.6705 Extending the Implementation of the Madison River Commercial Use Cap

On April 16, 2021, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (commission) published MAR Notice No. 12-546 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of ARM 12.11.6705 extending the implementation of the Madison River commercial use cap at page 395 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 7. The commission has amended the rule as proposed.
