Draft Environmental Assessment Schnell Roadside Menagerie

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking public comment on a request from applicants, Paul and Anne Schnell of Noxon, MT, to obtain a permit for a roadside menagerie to house various raptors for educational purposes. Under the Proposed Action, FWP would issue the requested permit for a roadside menagerie which would allow the applicant to keep 10 raptors in custom built mews.
