Draft Environmental Assessment North Shore Wildlife Management Area Agricultural Lease

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks proposes to renew an agricultural lease on the North Shore Wildlife Management Area (WMA). The proposed lease would be for a 5-year period (September 15, 2021 – September 15, 2026). The objective of the proposed lease is to provide enhanced wildlife habitat for upland game birds and to continue supporting migratory waterfowl use during spring migration.
