Makoshika State Park Pavilion Project Decision Notice

Montana State Parks (MSP), a division of Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MFWP), proposed to construct a new 20 ft x 30 ft pavilion shelter in Makoshika State Park near Glendive, Montana. The new pavilion would be located near the Hiatt Amphitheater. The new pavilion would include six picnic tables and rock work around the pillars. The parking area will receive an upgrade with parking curbs and improved access for large vehicles. The purpose of the pavilion is to provide additional day use opportunities for visitors.
