Rosebud Battlefield State Park West Parking Area Turnaround EA

Montana State Parks (MSP), a division of Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MFWP), proposes to add a turn around and parking lot at the west entrance to Rosebud Battle State Park.
The park entrance is located at Rosebud Battlefield Rd. approximately 25 miles south of the community of Busby, Montana, west of State Highway 314. This will allow for vehicles, especially larger vehicles such as school buses or recreational vehicles, to turn around without driving onto the neighboring private land. This will also allow for additional parking at the west end of the park.
