Notice of Adoption of Administrative Rules Pertaining to Recreational Use on the Madison River

On September 25, 2020, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (commission) published MAR Notice No. 12-531 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment and adoption of the above-stated rules at page 1722 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 18. The commission thoroughly considered the comments and testimony received and adopted rules pertaining to recreational use on the Madison River.
