Informational fisheries meeting planned in Plentywood

Information presented on Box Elder Reservoir and other northeast Montana fisheries

PLENTYWOOD – Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will be holding an informational fisheries meeting at the Sheridan County Library Jubilee Room on Tuesday, February 18, from 6-8 p.m.

Regional fisheries biologist Jared Krebs will provide an overview of pond and small reservoir sampling in 2024, including Box Elder Reservoir sampling results, stocking changes, and upcoming management actions.

This meeting provides an opportunity for the public to be involved in open discussions and ask questions of the FWP fisheries staff concerning fisheries management in northeast Montana.
