Partial closure lifted at Gritty Stone Fishing Access Site

BILLINGS – A partial closure that was in place at Gritty Stone Fishing Access Site (FAS) has been lifted and the site is once again open to motorized access.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks implemented the partial site closure on Feb. 23, 2024, due to flooded conditions. Conditions have since improved at the site.

Gritty Stone FAS is located on the Yellowstone River near Worden.
