Lone Pine State Park in Kalispell hosting outdoor education programs

KALISPELL — Lone Pine State Park is hosting outdoor education programs in March. Registration may be required depending on the program, and anyone interested can register by calling the visitor center at (406) 755-2706, ext. 0, or accessing the QR code on the event listing on the park's Facebook or Instagram page.
Lone Pine State Park is 5 miles southwest of Kalispell and offers views of the valley, 7.5 miles of trails, and an interpretive center with information on living in a wildlife-urban interface. Additional amenities include a picnic shelter and a community room, which are both available to rent, as well as a volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and an archery range. Lone Pine offers a variety of educational and interpretive programs throughout the year.

Join us for an encounter with Camo, the park's resident bull snake who lives in the Visitor Center. Registration is not required and there is no charge for this informal program. ($8 park entry fee still applies to out-of-state vehicles).
