Lower Yellowstone Paddlefish Update - 6/21/23

As of Wednesday June 21, 2023, at 10:00 am, an estimated 758 paddlefish have been harvested from the yellow tag area (Yellowstone River and Missouri River downstream of Fort Peck).  See the following table for more details.  

Please note, the paddlefish cleaning service provided at the Intake Fishing Access Site will not be available for the remainder of the 2023 paddlefish season.  Anglers are also reminded to read the 2023 paddlefish regulations before fishing and to report a harvested paddlefish within 48 hours via the paddlefish phone line, MyFWP, self-reporting box, or roving creel personnel.  Including today, only six harvest days remain before the paddlefish season closes at 9 pm Friday June 30^th.
