(Great Falls, MT) – Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) is hiking with Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center out to the Sulphur Springs and you're invited on Saturday, July 12th at 9am.
Join Montana State Parks and Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center for a hike to the Sulphur Springs. Space is limited so be sure to call the Interpretive Center to sign up. This event is moderate hiking and requires you to wear appropriate shoes and weather appropriate clothing. We will meet at the Interpretive Center and carpool from there. Giant Springs State Park located in Great Falls offers a variety of outdoor experiences. Come marvel at the park's remarkable features and view the variety of bird life. Take part in special events, picnic by the Missouri River, visit the fish hatchery and visitor center, walk along the River’s Edge Trail, view the nearby Rainbow Falls overlook, or visit the neighboring Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center operated by the U.S. Forest Service. In 2013, Giant Springs State Park was Montana’s most popular state park with over 307,000 visits.
