(Billings, MT) –Join us - Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) and become a Junior Ranger at Lake Elmo State Park on Saturday, July 12 from 9:30am to noon.
Become a Montana State Parks Junior Ranger. Learn about and search for the plants and critters that can be found at Lake Elmo. Participate in fun hands-on activities about bugs, birds, fish, and plants while earning your Junior Ranger badge. Binoculars are recommended and Kids are encouraged to bring their own. A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow.
Kids should dress appropriately for the weather, wear sunscreen, and bring a water bottle. A snack and juice will be provided. This program is open to children ages 5-8. Registration starts at 9:30am. For more information on this event call Francine Sanchez at (406) 247-2953.
