    Montana State Parks and SUBWAY Launch "Picnic Picks" for Summer 2014

    (Helena, MT) - Montana State Parks ( is announcing todayan exciting“Picnic Picks” promotional campaign with SUBWAY® restaurants in Montana for the summer of 2014.  SUBWAY® is the official sponsor of Montana State Parks 75th Anniversary Year.

    All 89 SUBWAY® stores in Montana are now featuring six “Picnic Picks” special sandwich meals that encourage Montana families to “bring the perfect picnic to one of these Montana State Park employee favorite spots”.  The six “Picnic Picks” meals include a regular 6-inch sub, chips and a 21 ounce fountain drink.

    “This is an exciting partnership to celebrate Montana State Parks 75th Anniversary,” said Kevin Perrault, Board Chair of the Billings SUBWAY® restaurants . “We know Montanans enjoy the outdoors and this campaign makes it easier to focus on summer fun by offering “Picnic Picks” meals for anyone on the go.”

    Bozeman/Butte area “Picnic Picks”: Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park, Bannack State Park, Madison Buffalo Jump State Park and Missouri Headwaters State Park

    Eastern Montana area “Picnic Picks”:  Makoshika State Park – deck at the Visitor Center

    Great Falls area “Picnic Picks”:  Giant Springs State Park Main Picnic Area, First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park Scenic Overlook and Sluice Boxes State Park

    Helena area “Picnic Picks”:  Spring Meadow Lake State Park and Black Sandy State Park

    Kalispell area “Picnic Picks”: Lone Pine State Park, West Shore State Park, Wayfarers State Park, Thompson Falls State Park, and Les Mason State Park

    Missoula area “Picnic Picks”: Frenchtown Pond State Park, Milltown State Park Bluff/Overlook, Travelers’ Rest State Park, Painted Rocks State Park, and Salmon Lake State Park
