Region 2 Boating Regulation Rule Making Process

The Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) Commission is seeking comments on proposed changes to the boating regulations for the Clark Fork, Blackfoot and Bitterroot Rivers. The public is invited to comment on the proposed rule changes and the Environmental Assessment (EA) that assesses the predicted impacts of implementing the changes.

A Public Hearing was held on June 16, 2011 (6 PM) in Missoula.

The proposal will be presented to the FWP Commission for decision at their October 13, 2011 meeting.
