Management—BLM public lands provide visitors with a vast array of recreational opportunities.
These include hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating, hang gliding, off-highway vehicle
driving, mountain biking, birding, and visiting natural and cultural heritage sites.
USDA Forest Service, Northern Region—The Forest Service has a lot
of public land in Montana for recreational purposes. Check out the link to the area you will be

National Park Service:
Rivers, Trails & Conservation
Assistance Program—The Rivers & Trails Program or RTCA, is the community
assistance arm of the National Park Service. This group provides technical assistance to community
groups and local, state, and federal government agencies so they can conserve rivers, preserve open
space, and develop trails and greenways.
