The STATE OF MONTANA, Fish, Wildlife and Parks (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is soliciting bids for a tractor with backhoe and loader attachment. A more complete description of the equipment sought is provided in Section 3.2 of this IFB. Bids submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
