The STATE OF MONTANA, Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Parks Division (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is seeking a contractor to organize, facilitate and provide staff support for a FWP established steering committee of approximately 20 people whose membership consists of diverse interests from around the state. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project.
