Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is requesting public comment on proposed 2008 Late Season Migratory
Bird Regulations adopted as Tentative by the FWP Commission at its August 5 meeting. These proposals include specific adjustments to 2007 season dates and bag limits or other previously adopted management elements as noted below. Other season or management elements not listed here are proposed to remain unchanged from 2007 or other previous adoptions.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is requesting public comment on adopted season proposals from the FWP Commission at its June 12 meeting. These proposals address 2008 Tentative Bison Seasons and Quotas, 2008 & 2009 Tentative Furbearer Seasons, 2008 Tentative Furbearer Quotas and 2008 Tentative Wolf Quotas.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is requesting public comment on adopted Tentatives from the FWP Commission at its May 15 meeting. These Tentatives address 2008 upland game bird limits, sage grouse season dates and hunting access agreements.
The deadline for public comment on upland game bird limits, sage grouse season length and hunting access agreements is June 27, 2008. The commission will take final action on these items at its July 17, 2008 meeting in Helena.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is requesting public comment on proposals adopted as Tentative by the FWP Commission at its April 17 meeting.
The information below represents:
· Tentative 2008 mountain lion quotas;
· Tentative 2009 Moose, Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goat, Mule Deer and Elk license auction/lottery rules.
With the exception of specific changes listed below, 2007 mountain lion quotas are being re-proposed for 2008. Note that a recent season structure adoption by the FWP Commission enacted limited mountain lion licenses available only by drawing in most of Region 2. The Tentative 2009 auction/lottery rules are unchanged from 2008 rules.
