The Commercial Use Rules recognize the role that the film industry has in Montana's economy, as well as the important natural and cultural resources the agency is charged to protect. These rules provide guidelines for commercial filming and still photography on FWP lands. Contact the "Regional Parks Manager" for more details about filming and for his or her approval.

The fee for commercial still and motion picture photography is based upon the size of the film crew:
