From the Badlands to mountain lakes, a variety of amenities are offered to make your stay more comfortable. Amenities vary from park to park, so please check this web site carefully. You’ll find clean restrooms, hot showers, boat launches, planned activities, playgrounds, hiking trails, sites for disabled persons, and more. Most campgrounds that are designated as “primitive sites” offer firewood for sale. Several campgrounds offer RV sites with electric hook-ups and dump stations.

Dates Campsites are available year round. Please check each park for specific dates.
Checkout Times Check-out times vary for each campground.
Fees The general camping fee is $12-$15 per site.
Fires No fires or cooking stoves are allowed outside designated burning pits.
Reservations Reservations are not needed. Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
