A telecommunications cable will be installed on the county easement/right of way on the south side of the Reed and Bowles FAS, adjacent to Joyland Rod. The directional bore method will be used to install telecommunications cable under Big Spring Creek. The construction route will cross the creek at a right angle and will be from high water level to high water level. The overall bore length will be about 240 ft.
