A Draft EA to implement improvements at Cooney State Park will include paving a portion of the access road and the boat ramp parking areas within Marshall Cove; defining and graveling the primitive trail between Marshall Cove and Cottonwood Campground; and installing camp-side electrical pedestals and playground equipment at Red Lodge Arm.
