Development, Improvements, and Enhancements - 09/23/2005
The intent of the project is to improve upstream fish passage for fluvial westslope cutthroat trout and bull trout. Arrastra Creek is a significant tributary to the Blackfoot River and is a key spawning area for fluvial species of fish. This proposed project is located approximately 10 miles west of the town of Lincoln in Powell County.
