Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) issued a Decision Notice to proceed with accepting the donation of water rights for Nevada Spring Creek, a tributary of Nevada Creek in the Upper Blackfoot Drainage. FWP would then propose to change the water to in-stream use (through the DNRC’s “change of use” process for water rights).
