Decision Notice: Selective Fish Passage Enhancement and Maintenance at Rainy Dam

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) has issued a Decision Notice on a proposal to construct a log and rock check structure (10-14 inches high) below the Rainy Dam (approx. 12 miles northwest of Seeley Lake) to enhance upstream fish passage ofmigratory trout while maintaining an obstruction to the upstream movement of nonnative, invasive fish species.
