Region 2 of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) and prepared a Decision Notice (DN) to issue a permit for a roadside animal menagerie to Jessi Knudsen and Augusto Castaneda. The permit will allow the possession of 35-40 exotic animals of 15 different species for exhibition, to be headquartered in Potomac, MT.
