The proposed action is to drain Hieronymus Pond by digging a trench between the pond and Corvallis Canal. FWP will then install a structure that will allow future draining and refill and reclaim the trench. Many of the fish will be removed and the pond will then be stocked with trout to provide a more desirable fishery.
