Echo Lake No Wake Zone Exception
ARM Rules - 01/30/2008

Echo Lake is limited to a controlled no wake speed as defined in ARM 12.11.101(1). This proposed rule will eliminate the no wake speed in the upper three islands in the southwest courner of section 5, approximately 1/4 mile southeast of the entrance of Blackies Bay and the narrow corridors that serve as the entrances to Blackies Bay and Causeway Bay
