The intent of the project is to improve upstream fish passage for adfluvial rainbow trout residing in Canyon Ferry Reservoir. This proposed project is located near Joe Bonner campground approximately 16 miles east of the city of Helena in Lewis and Clark County.
(Development, Improvements, and Enhancements - 09/23/2005)

The intent of the project is to enhance over-all habitat for salmonids and increase recruitment of juvenile fish to the Beaverhead River. Channel shaping, riparian plantings and installation of riparian fencing would be used to restore a 13,200-foot reach of the upper slough. The project would expand past successful efforts that were completed in the lower reaches of the stream during 2001 and 2004. This proposed project is located approximately eleven miles south of the town of Twin Bridges in Madison County.
(Restoration & Rehabilitation - 09/23/2005)

The intent of the project is to enhance spawning, rearing and over-winter habitat for salmonids to increase recruitment of fish to the North Fork and main stem Blackfoot rivers. The proposed project potentially could contribute to the recovery of bull trout, a species listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. This proposed project is located approximately six miles east of the town of Ovando in Powell County.
(Restoration & Rehabilitation - 09/23/2005)

The project would expand past successful efforts that were completed in the lower reaches of the stream during 2000 and 2001. The proposed project potentially could contribute to the recovery of bull trout, a species listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. This proposed project is located approximately seven miles east of the town of Ovando in Powell County.
(Restoration & Rehabilitation - 09/23/2005)

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) will be conducting an environmental assessment (EA) to examine firearm safety issues and effective deer game damage measures in the area encompassing the former Teton-Spring Creek Bird Preserve. Additionally, we will be examining these same issues as they would be applied during the general hunting season. This review will include an analysis and public review process relative to these specifics pursuant to the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA)...
