(Helena, MT) – Montana State Parks ( announced today:

What: Lake Elmo will be hosting a ‘Painting in the Park’ afternoon. Families and kids of all ages are invited to come to the park to learn about watercolor painting and create a painting of their own, using the park as inspiration! If you haven’t painted with watercolors before, no problem, we will provide helpful tips and will be available to show you how to get started. Families are also encouraged to stay and enjoy the park after they have finished their painting.

When: Sunday, September 29th - Noon until 2pm

Where: Lake Elmo State Park, painting will take place under the large pavilion located at the end of the parking lot.
