The Corps of Discovery in Montana, Stories and Songs by Rob Quist - Missouri Headwaters State Park - Saturday, June 15

(Three Forks, MT) – Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) announced today:

What: Missouri Headwaters State Park Summer Speaker Series presentation, “The Corps of Discovery in Montana.” The 2013 speaker series theme is Montana Traditions and Expressions.
Three Forks is an area vital to the story of Lewis and Clark in many ways, which Rob Quist will illustrate through story and song—with a special emphasis on Sacagawea.

When: Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 7pm.

Where: Missouri Headwaters State Park picnic area, 1585 Trident Road, Three Forks, MT 59752.
The park is located four miles north of Three Forks, just off of interstate 90. Please bring your own chairs.

(The rain location is the United Methodist Church Annex building, 116 East Cedar Street, Three Forks, Montana.)

Presenter: Rob Quist is a celebrated Montana musician, who has toured nationally to many of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial signature events. He was a featured performer throughout the country during this two-year commemoration.

Sponsors: Headwaters Chapter of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation, Sacagawea Hotel, Missouri Headwaters State Park.

Enjoy the Missouri Headwaters State Park Speaker Series--Saturday evenings throughout the summer. A marshmallow roast follows each program.
