(Ulm, MT) – Montana State Parks ( announced today:

What: The public is encouraged to attend an Open House at First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park to participate and learn more about a new friends’ group.

Montana State Parks is developing a new friends’ group for First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park. Join Us and participate in this exciting, new organization. A ‘friend’ can be anyone from the local community who is enthusiastic about the park and wants to lend support to educational, interpretive and fundraising activities. Interested parties are encouraged to drop in anytime during the open house to provide input to the planning team or to learn more about the project. Come and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park, along with good conversation and light refreshments. The park is 3.5 miles north of Ulm, just off of Interstate 15 at Exit 270.
