Spring turkey season runs April 9-May 15. Residents must have a conservation and upland game bird license along with their turkey license and nonresidents will need a conservation license to purchase a turkey license. Both resident ($2) and nonresidents ($10) must pay the hunting access enhancement fee when they purchase their first license of the year. The turkey license is $5 for residents and $115 for nonresidents. In Region 7, two turkey licenses can be purchased. Two males may be harvested in the spring or one male in the spring plus one of either sex in the fall or two of either sex in the fall.
