Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is reminding hunters who applied for an unlimited bighorn sheep permit in Hunting District 300 that the season opener still is Sept. 2, 2004, as stated in the 2004 Montana Big Game Hunting Regulations.
Some applicants apparently were confused about the opening date.
